Another 'Credit Crunch'

Albeit, a different kind...

Two planets eh?! That would be fun - I'd like to work on one, rest on another :P!

The free market will eventually price the resources high enough to make their consumption sustainable. The problem is there are too many parts of the world, including the malfunctioning corporation called the USA that are hardly free markets. There are always gonna be state and non-state actors who are gonna subsidize consumption of natural resources. Countries like the US subsidize consumption for the benefit of their citizens at the expense of others and countries in Africa subsidize consumption for the western world at the expense of their own people!

The problem is not scarcity. The problem is that the market is always rigged.
